The State of New York, now increased in size totaling what used to be of Maryland, Delaware and half of Pennslyvania. Many factories and Nuclear plants have been built up around here, thus increasing it's total pollution.

Sand and sun. Simple. The floods have been surpressed enough in some places where the beaches have been reopened to the public. It's still one of the most populated areas of Amerika but it is no where near what it used to be. If you do go to the beach be careful of the montrous waves known to form.
